How long will my beef last?

Properly frozen, your Pasture Perfect Beef can easily last 12 months or longer, ensuring you have top-quality meat whenever you need it.

Can I share bulk beef with someone?

Absolutely, and we love when people do this! Splitting a beef with a friend, neighbor, or family member is a fantastic way to enjoy all the perks of bulk buying without needing a huge freezer. The cost per pound goes down for everyone, and when you go in on a Whole Beef together, each person gets to fill out their own cut card for their half.

Is it really worth it to buy beef in bulk?

Yes! You'll save money, get your beef cut exactly the way you like it, enjoy better quality than what's on grocery store shelves, and support a real family farm.

How does your beef compare to others in pricing?

Our pricing is transparent and includes all processing fees, so you know the full cost upfront. We also provide more beef per order than average suppliers, offering better overall value without sacrificing quality.

Do I have to buy a full or half beef?

Not at all! We totally understand that a full or half beef isn't the right fit for everyone. That's why we also offer a Quarter Beef option — you get a proportionate share of a Whole beef, which is a great middle ground if you want less.

What is regenerative farming?

Regenerative farming is all about working with nature rather than against it. It focuses on building healthier soil, managing water wisely, reducing chemical use, and supporting biodiversity — all while producing amazing food. The goal is to leave the land better than we found it.

What does "grass-fed/grain-finished" mean?

This means cattle spend most of their lives grazing on pasture but are finished on grain before harvest. This process helps increase marbling, which enhances flavor and tenderness.

Are your cattle hormone free?

Yes! Our cattle are raised without added hormones — ever. We believe that quality genetics, healthy land, and a low-stress environment produce healthier animals, and healthier animals produce better beef.

How is your operation different from conventional farming?

We do things a little differently here. We're committed to regenerative, sustainable practices that prioritize soil health, animal welfare, and a cleaner environment. We minimize chemicals, use a closed-loop system that recycles nutrients back into the land, and work hard to reduce our carbon footprint and support biodiversity.

What does "single animal source" ground beef mean?

Every package of our ground beef comes from one single animal — not a blend from multiple sources like you'd find at most grocery stores. That means better traceability and more consistent quality.

How does the taste of single-source ground beef compare to others?

It often has a more consistent and potentially more flavorful taste, especially due to our specific breeds and feeding practices.

Can I trace exactly where my ground beef came from?

Yes. Our single-source system allows you to trace your beef back to the individual animal it came from.

Is there an environmental benefit to buying single-source beef?

Yes! When you buy from us, you're supporting a small family farm that genuinely cares about sustainable practices — a meaningful alternative to industrial farming that's better for the planet and for your family.
